 :set2010069: The fitting of nib section can not be removed from the cap. Did not move. What it soak to move and I can pull it out. I think the water is not suitable for fitting.

I think there sticking oxidation and ink - between the metal and hard rubber, I have not tried heat, but I guess should be cleaned with a liquid?

I'm thinking about an Anti-rust  spray, or a silicone lubricant, but I dont know what are the effets to hard rubber of section.

Gentle ultrasonic wash in water and mild soap, may be?

All the suggestions are right.
You can also try to beat gently on the external surface of the cap: sometimes the produced vibrations could unlock the inner part.

Caro Tubi, il mio inglese ormai è esaurito con la faccenda dell'ultrasonic wash,
però ho sentito il mì nonno il quale mi ha suggerito un sistema empirico ma a volte efficace,
che consiste nell'usare uno di quei tasselli da muro ad espansione, meglio se fasciato con
un pò di nastro biadesivo, allargandolo con cautela a mano tramite la sua vite e tirando...
Quel vecchio demonio a volte mi sorprende ancora...   ;) :D 8)

Credo che l'unica sia il calore e tanta pazienza. Un heat gun termoregolata, cercando che il pezzo si riscaldi uniformemente.
